In our band, with limited weekly rehearsals, having a tutor is important. Most students learn to play their instruments through 30-minute private lessons alongside their rehearsals. Families can choose a tutor who suits their child, as long as the tutor collaborates with our conductors.
Our tutors are highly qualified music educators, focused on teaching proper technique, breathing, musical notation, and musicality. Invoicing and payment are handled directly between the tutor and caregiver. Please ensure you are aware of the cost of these lessons before you agree to reserve a time with a tutor. As a guide, you might expect to pay anywhere between $40 to $60 for a 30min lesson.
